However, her new boyfriend, Anthony Gumina, would soon became violent. Heather would attempt to get away from her abuser, only to be sucked back into the cycle of abuse. Following an argument, Anthony would claim Heather had stormed out on her own and never come back. But when she was found in a shallow grave, Anthony would be arrested for her murder. Had her death been part of the cycle of abuse?
